About the Course
Unwind with a relaxing blend of restorative poses. In this 1 hour and 15 minute practice students are encouraged to embrace stillness and surrender into slow-paced and passive postures. This meditative practice helps to relieve stress, and promote relaxation. Suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis.
Note: Dress warmly in layers, blankets and props are available for support.
