About the Course
This class is based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar and Geeta Iyengar with a focus on asana, pranayama, and meditation in terms of visualization. This yoga practice aims to assist digestion, healthy blood circulation and incorporates light easy breathing. Asanas will help to decrease tiredness and nervous system tension, enabling you to enjoy a state of mental and physical health and well-being.
