About the Course
Immerse yourself in the rejuvenating blend of a slow-paced yoga flow followed by deep and relaxing restorative poses. The first half of practice offers the fluidity of a traditional flow with gentle transitions and poses. This meditative pace leads into calming poses that emphasis stillness with the use of props for ultimate comfort. Suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis.
